Addison loves to act out things that his daddy does, such as cutting tree branches, raking leaves, blowing off the driveway. He can turn any object into what he wants and makes his own sound effects to go along with the object.
We have been cleaning the front yard up over the last few weeks(lots of leaves and sticks from the ice storm, we have 3 large trees in the front and the trash collectors will only take 6 bags at a time). We have a container that holds the trash bags and can be sat down on the ground in order to just rake the leaves/sticks into it. So, today Addison got his small yellow rake and dumped out a basket of toys and placed the basket on it's side and proceeded to rake items into the basket.
Avery walked by and said Addison you are doing a great job of raking, as if it is totally normal to rake up items in the house. Then he turned to me and said Addison is a Pro, since he is a Pro he will work at Bass Pro with daddy when he gets big.
