Acey-Ducey

I grew up playing a game called acey-ducey(Acey-deucey (also spelled "acey-deucy" or "acey-ducey") is one of the most popular backgammon variants. It is a faster game and in some ways more exciting than regular backgammon. The main distinguishing feature is the roll of 1 and 2 (acey-deucey) which gives the player who rolls it extra turns.)according to Backgammon Galore. Not sure if any of you guys have heard of it or not, but my dad's side of the family always plays it when we get together. Over Thanksgiving Avery played G.G.(my grandma, his great-grandma also the one he is named after) and he won with a little help from my cousin Emily. Addison was G.G.'s helper(also know as good luck charm, the little kids always sat on an adults' lap and that what we were called). When someone would get an acey-duecy(this happens when a player rolls a one and a two as noted above) Addison would say ducey-ducey.

I know why bring this up now. Well it is because he said it today and reminded me about it.
