P and P Day

Today was Pancakes and P.J. day at Avery's school and Nate was lucky enough to have the day off, so he got to go and help make pancakes. Avery was every excited that his daddy would be taking him to school, making pancakes, and picking him up from school(this has not happened since the first day of school, J.J. usually takes him and picks him up).

During my morning break I called Nate to see how everything went(at first he did not want to go, because he would be the only dad there. However he was not the only dad and was very glad that he did go). He ended up making pancakes not only for the children, but for the 1st grade teachers, the Principal and her secretary. I know just call him a kiss up, but we have to make a good impression since Avery is a transfer student:)

Nate also picked Addison up from school, which made his day and let me enjoy a child free drive home from work. Once I got home Avery told me all about his pancake and P.J. day.

Nate is working on Father of the Year, he does a great job every year(okay every day)!!!!!
